Responsibilities:
As a Branch Administrator, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, helping ensure a seamless experience for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with compassion, professionalism, and care.
- Serving as the first point of contact by answering phones and welcoming visitors.
- Coordinating and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Managing key administrative functions including accounts payable, payroll support, banking, data entry, and document management.
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring accurate processing within company systems.
- Supporting branch leaders by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen operational processes.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For:
- College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of office administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
- Experience working with multiple systems and managing detailed administrative processes.
