The Opportunity:
Maxxam Insurance Services is looking for an experienced Auto Insurance Call Centre Agent with a passion for customer service. As our Maxxam Group continues to grow, we are looking for driven motivated individuals to join our team.
We will provide you with training, mentorship and all the tools you need to possess a successful career. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry while providing exceptional service to our clients. In addition to hourly wage, commissions are also paid.

This role is a commission based role with the opportunity to make a minimum of $5,000-$10,000 per month.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Level 1 required, level 2 license preferred
- Has extensive experience with ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to contribute to a team with confidence and patience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Qualifications:
- Insurance Broker Level One License Required
- Fundamentals, and/or CAIB1, CAIB2,CAIB3 License
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build authentic customer relationships
- Flexibility on job duties as necessary
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
