We're looking for an experienced Email & Social Production Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be responsible for building and refining email marketing campaigns and social content across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on Mailchimp, conversion-driven copy and polished execution.
This role is a key part of our content production workflow. You will work closely with account managers, social media team members and designers to elevate deliverables, ensure brand consistency and bring a sales-minded lens to strategic campaigns. This role is fast-paced and hands-on.

Role Responsibilities:
- Build, design and QA Mailchimp campaigns including templates, segmentation and automated sequences
- Write and refine copy with a clear sales and conversion focus across email and social
- Review and polish social content produced by the team before account manager sign-off
- Build on-brand social assets using Canva and client brand guidelines
- Support account managers across multiple client accounts with coordinated, timely execution
- Manage tasks and deadlines in ClickUp to keep projects on track
- Apply performance insights and feedback to continuously improve deliverables
- Ensure all email campaigns meet CASL compliance standards

Role Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in email marketing and content coordination, agency experience is an asset
- Demonstrated Mailchimp experience including template design and list management
- Solid understanding of conversion copywriting and sales messaging
- Proficiency in Canva; light creative skills required
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is an asset
- Portfolio or work samples required
Job Details
- $24 – $28 per hour based on experience
- 15–25 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow
- Fully remote with availability required during morning business hours (8:30am–12:00pm PST, Monday–Friday)
- Must be based in the Lower Mainland, Okanagan or Calgary
