A successful executive with business interests in Alberta and British Columbia is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Support Associate to provide day-to-day support across both personal and professional responsibilities.
This is a confidential position supporting a busy CEO with a dynamic schedule. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, takes initiative, maintains discretion, and enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Household Support
- Light housekeeping and general home organization
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Managing deliveries and coordinating service appointments
- Maintaining household supplies and inventory
- Preparing residences for arrivals and departures
- Overseeing routine property-related tasks
Executive & Office Support
- Setting up meeting rooms and temporary office spaces
- Preparing materials and supplies for meetings
- Coordinating schedules and appointments
- Running business-related errands
- Assisting with travel preparation and logistics
- Managing basic administrative tasks and correspondence
- Organizing files, documents, and office supplies
General Support
- Acting as a trusted point of contact when the executive is traveling
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Assisting with special projects as assigned
- Handling time-sensitive requests with professionalism and urgency
- Providing occasional support during evenings and weekends as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in personal assistance, executive support, hospitality, administration, or a similar role is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Professional, trustworthy, and highly discreet
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with occasional travel between Alberta and British Columbia
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
