What you will be doing:

Lead, mentor, and develop the In-Room Dining team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement

Oversee all aspects of the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring service standards are consistently met

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms
-
Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of all menu offerings
-
Collaborate with the Culinary team to enhance menus and create innovative guest experiences
-
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
-
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and departmental productivity
-
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
-
Identify opportunities to improve service, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency

Train and coach team members on luxury service standards and product knowledge

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel environment

Strong understanding of In-Room Dining operations and service standards

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

Exceptional guest service and communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-
Serving It Right certification required
Additional Information
Your team and working environment:
You will lead a dynamic In-Room Dining team, delivering personalized service directly to our guests’ rooms. This role requires strong collaboration with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
