- Maintain compliance with bonded warehouse requirements through accurate daily handling, tracking, documentation, and control of inventory received, stored, picked, or shipped from the facility
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, identify process improvement opportunities, and support space optimization and dead stock reduction strategies to improve warehouse performance.
- Facilitate daily operational shift briefings to communicate priorities, workload requirements, operational updates, and safety expectations to Distribution Centre Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment within the Distribution Centre.
- Coordinate with logistics to support timely and efficient movement of inventory into and out of the Distribution Centre and to all supported operational bases.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and operational supplies, escalating or resolving issues to minimize operational disruption.
