The Compliance Divisions Support Manager will lead and oversee all sales operations across divisions while acting as the primary liaison with the brands to ensure accurate, timely updates on all client files. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional who can manage teams, reporting, and multi-division coordination in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a manager for a new and rewarding career. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the President and Vice President across all divisional client and tenant portfolios on behalf of The Bridg Group of Companies. Position: Compliance Divisions Support Manager
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 +Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
· Prep Morning planning for team deadlines and ensure its executed and reached
· Audit and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, compliance and commission reports
· Maintain daily walkthroughs (9am, 1pm & 4.30pm) and audits during the SOD, VME-CCD and EOD planning time to ensure all staff are compliant
· Ensure all team members are following start & end of day compliance
· Must be available within 5 mins to assist the team with any MSOE’s required for their daily/division success
· Learn and master using all divisional and company software and ensure you are available to provide MSOE’s as required for training or otherwise
· Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
· Develop a deep understanding of the mortgage, lending, investments and property management sales divisions including clientele, products and services
· You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.
· Achieve team performance objectives through an interactive presence by directing/coaching monitoring and appraising job results and managing performance when needed
· Track team results, and regularly report out on team performance; analyze metrics regularly to identify areas of opportunity to focus on individual or team development
· Report on human resource issues such as attendance, interpersonal conflicts in the workplace, performance; and consultation and HR for guidance or resolution
· Conduct on the spot training for individual team success, such as but not limited to; company processes & tools, software training, policies and procedures, etc.
· Assist with sales underwriting/administrative team to ensure Compliance & Deadlines are met by end of day
· Provide client solutions on files transferred due to escalations
· MSOE all necessary compliance files
· Ensure sales goals, monthly quotas and business growth targets for all divisions are met
· Backup for all absences or vacant sales divisions’ desks (i.e. Mortgage, Lending, Investments, etc.)
· Work closely with President and senior management to set and implement improved policies, procedures, systems and monitoring performance of set initiatives by leveraging technology and previous sales management experience
· Build and maintain a solid working relationship with sales team, senior management, support staff, clientele, tenants and 3rd party professionals
· Clearly articulate the mission, vision and expectations of the company. Ensure the plan is understood across the organization and is supported by sales forecasting
· Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues in collaboration with the President and ensure that all employees understand and follow company policy and procedures
· Supports and communicates business goals, quality standards, policies, processes, and procedures
· Ensure compliance with Corporate and all industry laws and regulations.
· Develop systems to track progress towards operational goals, and help leaders make the necessary changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization
· Communicate job expectations and deadlines; planning, assigning, directing, monitoring work and appraising and reviewing job contributions with all employees
· Ensuring sales team licenses are all held in good standing at all times
· Prepare sales packages for President
· Manage CRM data in In House CRM Software
· Sending End of Week Reports
· Be a truth-sayer to garner the respect from the team and maintain professionalism at all times to ensure continued success
· Participate in task, special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
● Minimum Degree/Diploma required in Business, Finance or related degree
● Sound knowledge of at least one of the following industries: Real estate, lending, mortgage or investments
● Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required
● Experience using CRM and other sales engagement platforms
● Experience in working in a fast past, deadline-oriented sales environment
● Experience as a builder and leader in high-performance teams Self-driven - you're proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity and complexity

● Prior experience working in a multi-division or multi-product organization is highly preferred
● Resides in proximity to the office in Vaughan (preferred)

Work Schedule and Conditions:
· Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
· Tuesday & Thursday Shift: 12.30 pm to 9:00 PM
· Wednesday/Saturday alternate as needed
· Must be available on evenings and weekends as required to meet deadlines and support the sales initiatives as required
· Daily pressure to meet outreach targets, handle objections, and convert leads into appointments.
· Must be comfortable sitting and speaking on the phone for extended periods.
· Regular meetings with President to review weekly performance, lead quality, and conversion goals.
· Support and attend all in-office events, expos, or promotional campaigns is required.
