Education/Experience:

Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with board-specific software (e.g. Aspen, SparkRock) is considered an asset.
Skill and Ability:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

Compensation:
Salary as per the current COPE collective agreement
$27.67 - $32.07 per hour
