Are you a recent Paralegal graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in legal practice, collections, recovery, and enforcement?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal (New Graduate) to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to civil litigation support, collections, enforcement, and compliance, working closely with management, finance, and external legal professionals.
If you are organized, confident in written communication, and interested in the intersection of law and financial recovery, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a structured, professional environment.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Our department manages a wide range of files, priorities, and time-sensitive matters, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows. If you are seeking a routine role focused solely on processing, scanning, and maintaining files day in and day out, this position may not be the right fit.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can work independently with a high level of accountability while also contributing effectively within a team environment. This is a high-performance setting where your work directly impacts departmental outcomes and drives revenue, offering meaningful experience and strong professional growth opportunities.

In this role, you will support legal, collections, and recovery operations, managing documentation, drafting correspondence, assisting with enforcement actions, and communicating with customers regarding outstanding obligations.
You will gain practical experience across collections, PPSA matters, Small Claims enforcement, bankruptcies, consumer proposals, and negotiated settlements, while maintaining compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies.
This is an on-site position offering long-term stability, mentorship, and exposure to both legal and operational workflows.
