Key Responsibilities
-
Proper preparation and presentation of food with strict adherence to food safety standards.

Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work space in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the requirements of the Board of Health

Assist with inventory and putting orders away
-
Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner

Adhere to departmental quality standards

Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
-
A secondary school diploma or a minimum of one-year related work experience
-
Safe food handling course, knife handling skills
-
The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming and Commission of Ontario

Proven high level of Customer Service

The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in hot, cold and humid environments
