About the Role

Radiant Windows & Eaves is looking for a motivated and reliable Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.

We specialize in residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, siding cleaning, and pressure washing. Most of our work is completed from the ground using professional water-fed pole systems and purified deionized water, with ladders used occasionally when required.

You’ll be working directly at customer properties, delivering high-quality service while representing the Radiant Windows & Eaves brand. Experience: Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up. Candidates with previous experience using water-fed poles, squeeges, ladders, pressure washing equipment, or other exterior cleaning equipment will be considered an asset. Having a reliable personal vehicle is strongly preferred, but not required.
