Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly revenue targets via a combination of inbound leads and individual prospecting/hunting. You will sell digital advertising and software solutions to real estate professionals nationwide.
· Diligently and aggressively follow up with all leads, overcome objections to drive through the full sales cycle.
· Effectively demonstrate the value of Top Producer’s products via written communication (email/text), phone calls, online demos and presentations to individuals and occasionally teams.
· Create an effective handoff to Top Producer’s Onboarding and Customer Success teams to complete a great customer experience.
· Consistently look for new ways to grow and develop both professionally and personally.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, key players, and the general US real estate economy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Sales experience in B2B/B2C or Service/Hospitality industry preferred
· High degree of personal accountability and standards
· Team player who is willing to learn and looking to grow their sales career
· Active listener, great communicator, and the ability to present if needed
· Independent and self-motivated with the ability to thrive working remotely
· Strong time management and discipline

Working Hours are:
- BC Residents: 6 AM – 2:30 PM PST or 6 AM – 3:00 PM PST
- Additional options: 7 AM – 3:30 PM PST or 7 AM to 4PM PST or 7:30 AM to 4 PM PST
Pay Range: Hourly base (see below) + Uncapped commissions (OTE: 105k)
Location: 100% remote position for Ontario and BC residents only

Expected hours: 8 hours of work per day, 40 hours of work per week
