ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting experienced and dependable Machine Operators for a well-established aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility in Lakeshore, Ontario.
We're looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot basic production issues, and help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

Shift Schedule
This position operates on a 12-hour continental rotating schedule:
- Two weeks on day shift, followed by two weeks on night shift
- Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Night Shift: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
- Every other weekend off
- Full-time hours
- Candidates must be available for both day and night rotations

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum extrusion and other production equipment
- Monitor machinery throughout the shift to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Make basic equipment adjustments to maintain production flow and product quality
- Conduct regular quality inspections during the manufacturing process
- Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and technical documentation
- Use measuring equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Accurately complete production, inspection, and quality control records
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or production concerns
- Report machine malfunctions, product defects, and potential safety hazards
- Assist with material handling and other manufacturing duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and properly use required PPE
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily production, safety, and quality goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on abilities
- Experience operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to understand and follow work orders, production instructions, and established procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physically capable of standing and performing repetitive duties throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a production team
- Must be available to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts
- Reliable transportation is required, as the facility is not accessible by public transit
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, or production specifications is considered an asset
