Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen and Bar Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of food and beverage service by assisting with food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering excellent service. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to memorable dining experiences, fostering a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, plating, and assembling dishes to meet quality standards.
Support the cooking process by following recipes and instructions.
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests at the bar or dining area, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards.
Support the team during busy periods by restocking supplies, organizing ingredients, and managing waste disposal.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards and restaurant operations.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and handling.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety protocols.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good understanding of kitchen safety practices and proper use of kitchen equipment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and supervisors.
Enthusiasm for learning about new culinary techniques and contributing positively to team goals.
