How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and exceptionally caring manner.
- Perform sterilization procedures, set up operatories, and take x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans.
- Assist with a wide range of procedures including direct bond bracket placement, archwire/appliance adjustments, and aligner appointments under doctor supervision.
- Build positive, communicative relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to keep treatments running smoothly and on schedule.
- Enter detailed, high-quality chart and record notations in the practice management system.
- Provide clear patient instruction and education, including thoughtful progress reports to parents and guardians.
- Support additional duties as needed to ensure smooth, modernized practice operations.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- Certified Dental Assistant, actively licensed and in good standing with BCCOHP.
- 1+ years’ experience as a Certified Dental Assistant.
- Ortho Module completion.
- Brings kind energy, accountability, and a high level of professionalism to work every day.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the natural ability to build a positive rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and colleagues.
- Flexible mindset, helping the team when needed and open to learn new skills within the orthodontic profession.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, well-organized environment that prioritizes clinical quality.

- Proficiency in orthodontic dental software systems and digital practice management tools is an asset.
