WAGES: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) + benefits

ROLE IDENTITY:
The Marketing & Events Manager is the hands-on creative and content lead for Centennial Auto Group, responsible for bringing campaigns, events, and storytelling to life across all Centennial divisions.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
PRIMARY OWNERSHIP
COLLABORATION & SUPPORT
REPORTING & INSIGHTS
Data & Analytics
Support the Director of Communications in tracking and reporting on social media and digital marketing performance
Provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Communications to improve engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement and brand visibility
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3-5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, communications, or a related field preferred
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field is considered an asset
Experience in event management/coordination preferred
Photography and videography experience is strongly preferred
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Filmora, Photoshop, or similar editing/design software
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools is considered an asset
Experience with website management, email marketing, or paid digital advertising is considered an asset
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace
Valid Canadian driver’s license (travel between locations will be required)
