Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Coordinator Join the Team at Onetrade
Onetrade is a growing commercial plumbing contractor serving Southwestern Ontario. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Coordinator to help us win more work, support project delivery, and grow alongside our company.

What You'll Do
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Complete quantity takeoffs for commercial plumbing projects.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and bid submissions.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Track tender opportunities and manage bid schedules.
- Assist with project handoff after award.
- Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, project managers, and field staff.
- Help improve estimating processes and systems as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- Experience estimating commercial plumbing or mechanical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing trade background.
- Journeyperson plumber or equivalent field experience.
- Experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, AutoBid, or similar software.
- Experience with project coordination, submittals, and change orders.

Location: Southwestern Ontario (Hybrid/Remote options available for the right candidate)
Experience: Commercial Plumbing or Mechanical Estimating Preferred
Compensation: Based on experience
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
