Crystal Lodge is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team in the centre of Whistler Village. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently create daily photo and video content, support social media growth, assist with campaigns and newsletters, and actively participate in group sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity, organization, relationship-building, and revenue-focused sales activity.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the full sales and marketing cycle for the hotel. You will help bring the Crystal Lodge brand to life through engaging digital content, polished marketing materials, strong partner communication, and proactive group sales support.
This is not a behind-the-desk-only marketing role. You will be expected to regularly capture content around the hotel, in Whistler Village, and at local events to support our social media and marketing channels.
What You’ll Do
Social Media, Content & Digital Marketing
- Create daily photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other hotel marketing channels.
- Capture, edit, organize, and post engaging short-form videos, reels, stories, and photography.
- Maintain and monitor the hotel’s social media channels with support from the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Plan and organize social media contests, campaigns, and promotions.
- Screen influencer, media, and partnership opportunities to ensure brand alignment and value.
- Assist with website updates, blog content, SEO/AEO improvements, and digital content accuracy.
- Plan, create, and send email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain the hotel’s image and video libraries.
- Support online advertising campaigns and help ensure marketing dollars are used effectively.
Sales, Groups & Partnerships
- Proactively support group sales activity, including prospecting, client follow-up, proposals, contracts, and relationship development.
- Assist with group inquiries, rooming lists, event details, BEOs, contract signing, and follow-up communication.
- Conduct and lead site tours of the hotel as required.
- Support the Reservations team with inbound inquiries when needed.
- Help build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, resort partners, media, and local organizations.
- Represent Crystal Lodge at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and local networking opportunities alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Marketing Administration & Brand Support
- Maintain promotional calendars, campaign timelines, and project deadlines.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports by collecting and summarizing campaign, website, social media, and sales data.
- Support the creation of sales proposals, marketing collateral, in-house materials, and promotional presentations.
- Communicate campaigns and promotional initiatives to internal departments.
- Help ensure brand standards are followed across guest-facing materials, email signatures, collateral, and digital content.
- Attend and contribute to revenue management meetings, ensuring marketing campaigns align with hotel need periods.
- Assist with festival, event, and sponsorship opportunities that support the Crystal Lodge brand.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is creative, positive, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced hotel environment. You are comfortable switching between filming a reel, updating a website page, drafting an email campaign, following up with a group lead, and preparing polished sales materials.

- Confidence creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
