Creative Concepts Landscapes is looking for a skilled and passionate Horticulturalist / Garden Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance division, with a focus on high-quality garden care for our commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed garden work, understands plant health, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing work the right way.
About the Role
As part of our commercial maintenance team, you’ll help care for gardens and landscape beds across a portfolio of commercial properties. This includes detailed weeding, pruning, perennial care, seasonal planting, plant health monitoring, and keeping properties looking clean, professional, and well maintained.
You’ll work closely with the maintenance team to ensure our clients’ properties reflect the quality and standards Creative Concepts Landscapes is known for.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed garden maintenance on commercial properties
- Weed, edge, cultivate, prune, deadhead, and clean garden beds
- Identify plant health issues, pests, disease, and site concerns
- Prune shrubs, small ornamental trees, perennials, and hedges as required
- Assist with seasonal planting, annual displays, mulch installation, and garden enhancements
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance on all properties
- Communicate property concerns, plant issues, and enhancement opportunities to the Foreman or Manager
- Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Support the team with general landscape maintenance tasks when needed
- Represent Creative Concepts Landscapes with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in horticulture, gardening, estate gardening, or landscape maintenance
- Strong plant knowledge and an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in producing clean, high-quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Horticultural education or certification is an asset, but not required

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
