Clinic Lead, Customer Services and Sales

As one of Saskatoons fastest growing wellness clinics, the role of Clinic Lead, Customer Service and Sales (CSS) is a key position supporting clinic growth.

The CSS leads a variety of sales and marketing initiatives, provides an excellent client experience, and supports a variety of administrative functions to help the clinic run smoothly.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Clinic Lead, Guest Services and Sales is responsible for:
- SALES:
- Supporting business growth & achieving sales targets
- CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Providing outstanding customer service and client relationship.
- ADMINISTRATION:
- Efficiently conducting a variety of clerical office duties

Massage Addict has a membership model which provides members preferred rates for a variety of therapeutic treatments including massage therapy, reflexology, and acupuncture. Chiropractic care and orthotics services are also provided.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm
- Saturday – Sunday 9am - 5pm
- Flexible and open to working a moderate number of evenings & weekends.
SHIFTS
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm AND 4:30pm - 9:15pm
- Weekends 8:45am - 5:15pm
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong people skills: professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly, outgoing, team player; demonstrating care & ability to connect with others.
- Superior verbal communication and telephone skills.
- A solution focused problem solver with the ability to respond effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of sales & customer service with clear ability to close sales.
- 2+ years of administrative experience (front desk experience is an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; spreadsheet, word processing, calendar management, & ability to learn other applications quickly.
- Social media and marketing skills is considered an asset.
- Access to reliable transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth & achieve membership sales targets
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all Massage Addict services.
- Genuinely engage clients & match their needs with available services to:
- convert clients to members,
- identify appropriate services to recommend,
- identify appropriate products to recommend.
- Provide outstanding client service:
- welcoming clients and orienting them to the clinic,
- answering calls and booking appointments,
- get to know each client, listen, problem solve and help,
- encourage them to book their next series of appointments.
- Provide a variety of administrative and operational supports:
- maintain confidential records & prepare documentation,
- monitor & assist in ordering clinic materials and supplies,
- conduct business opening and closing procedures,
- Assist with marketing, out-reach and community engagement,
- maintain clinic cleanliness and laundry duties as per clinic procedures,
- take payment, and balance accounts.

JOB TYPE & COMPENSATION
- Job Type: Full-Time 30-40hrs/wk
- Salary: $18.00-20.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses
