Position: Automotive Sales Executive
Salary: $70,000-$150,000 per year, plus non-commission pay plan

What You’ll be Driving Forward
Your success isn’t based on high-pressure sales. With our non-commission model, you can focus on delivering a great guest experience while earning a stable and competitive income.
- Assist guests through the entire vehicle purchase process
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Manage sales activity using dealership software
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive or related sales experience (or strong transferable skills)
- Strong communication and people skills
- High attention to detail
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn
- Team-focused mindset
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license
