We're growing quickly and are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our Production & Assembly team at our 42,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Armstrong, BC.

What You'll Do
As a Production & Assembly Technician, you'll work alongside our manufacturing team to assemble and prepare electric vehicles for delivery.
Responsibilities may include:
- Vehicle assembly and final installation of components
- Mechanical and electrical assembly work
- Installation of accessories and custom options
- Quality control inspections
- Battery and charging system installation
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Preparing vehicles for delivery
- Assisting with production improvements and process development
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Supporting other departments as required

What We're Looking For
We are primarily looking for attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or equipment assembly
- Electrical or mechanical work
- Construction or trades
- General shop environments
You should:
- Be mechanically inclined
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be comfortable using hand and power tools
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
