We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Administrator to support our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, financial, safety, and operational support while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end purchasing and financial support activities, including creating purchase orders, invoice processing, credit card reconciliations, work order administration, and departmental financial reporting.
Customer billing administration including coordinating approvals, preparing purchase orders, maintaining payment records, and ensuring billing requirements are completed accurately.
Coordinate weekly time entry and payroll adjustments, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining confidentiality.
Answer and triage inquiries and direct customers appropriately.
Shipping and receiving activities to include coordinating courier services, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory records, conducting monthly inventory counts, and ordering stock and consumable supplies.
Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, vehicle rentals, and expense report administration.
Plan, coordinate, and provide administrative support for meetings, events, and team activities as required

College diploma in Office/Business Administration.
2-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-changing environment.
