Allocations & Inventory Management
· Partner cross-functionally with store leaders, sales, inventory, allocations, and shipping teams to ensure smooth product flow.
· Manage launch quantities and monitor sell-through rates across all locations.
· Optimize stock receiving processes, lead cycle counts, and work to reduce out-of-stock instances.
· Support end-to-end inventory replenishment and in-stock optimization.
· Process and track Retail Goods Issues (RGIs) for inventory adjustments, transfers, damages, and other movements.
· Create and maintain the cycle counting schedule; follow up on discrepancies with the Inventory Control team.

· Coordinate utility setup, transfers, and cancellations for new and existing stores; maintain an up-to-date account database.
· Manage storeroom contracts and seasonal storage leasing.
· Support store openings, closings, small projects, and renovations as a project coordinator.
· Act as the health and safety point of contact for the retail function, ensuring safe work practices are adopted and maintained.
Retail Systems & Process Management
· Own and optimize key retail systems including NetSuite, StoreForce, Shopify POS, traffic counters, and IT equipment; initiate vendor support as needed.
· Create, update, and maintain operational SOPs to ensure clarity and consistency across all stores.
· Design and implement scalable retail operation processes; train and coach store teams on operational standards.
· Maintain the retail business directory and store hours, ensuring information is accurate across all platforms.
· Own and maintain the Retail SharePoint site — keep documents, resources, and announcements organized and current.
Training & Documentation
· Develop, update, and maintain retail training materials, guides, and onboarding resources.
· Support rollout of new training initiatives and ensure stores adopt updated processes.
· Partner with retail leadership to identify training gaps and propose solutions.

· Monitor and track key KPIs including Discrepancy Rate, Unfulfillment Rate, and Failed Order Rate.
· Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports, highlighting trends, risks, and actionable insights.
· Collaborate with store teams to reduce errors and improve operational accuracy.
Retail Supplies & Budget
· Manage the retail supplies ordering process to keep all stores stocked with operational essentials.
· Monitor and track the retail supplies budget; flag variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
What You Bring
