Browns Crafthouse Chuka, Regina is looking for a motivated restaurant professional, ready to join our team of restaurateurs as a Kitchen Manager. This person will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic work environment. Kitchen Managers at Crafthouse don’t just run a kitchen– they stand shoulder to shoulder with their team, driving and demanding success by following a formula that works; systems, coaching and communication. How do we know? Because we help you get there.
Role/Responsibilities:
Take over the day-to-day kitchen operation (after extensive training) which will include:
Execute food to our exact specifications and presentation, within our timing standards
Hire the right staff to take us where we want to go
Continual Training, development and motivating our quality employees
Coach and follow proper food safety, health and sanitisation and cleaning practices
Continuously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations
Oversee inventory, prep inventory, and ordering levels
Supervise menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control.
Encourage teamwork and communication with all staff in our Crafthouse.
Delegate, coach and share responsibilities to ensure smooth operations daily.
Manage food, labour, and other kitchen-related costs within our allocated KPI range.
Meet budget targets with oversight and detailed food cost analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager and/or Regional Ops Managers

Your compensation package includes:
Total job compensation ( base / bonus / other ) is 65k +
Sunday – Monday off
