We're backed by decades of leadership experience and proven systems, and we're here to become the local favourite through fast response, clean workmanship, and customer care that actually feels human.
We're growing fast and we need someone who can be the voice and heartbeat of our operation.
The Role
This is a full-time Customer Service Representative position based at our Red Deer office. You are the first person a homeowner hears when something goes wrong in their house. You are the reason they feel confident booking with us. You are the connection between our customers and our field team, and you take that seriously.
Your day will include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to texts and emails with warmth, speed, and professionalism
- Booking appointments and managing the dispatch schedule
- Following up with customers before, during, and after their service
- Making outbound calls for confirmations, reschedules, and outreach
- Navigating our systems to keep every job moving without friction
- Supporting the team by keeping customer communication airtight at every touchpoint
You will not be doing this perfectly on Day 1. But you will be expected to learn fast, take ownership, and care about every interaction.

1. Customer service excellence You are warm, friendly, and genuinely curious about people. You listen well. You de-escalate naturally. You bring energy to every call even on a hard day. Homeowners feel better after talking to you than before.
2. Technology fluency You are comfortable jumping between web applications, mobile apps, and computer systems without needing someone to hold your hand. You know your keyboard shortcuts. You pick up new software quickly. Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong asset but not required. We will train the right person.
3. Technical adjacent knowledge You do not need to be a plumber. But if you understand how a home works, have worked in or around construction, renovation, home services, or any technical trade environment, that knowledge will make you exceptional in this role. You speak the language, and homeowners and technicians will trust you faster because of it.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working full-time from our Red Deer office location
- Tech fluent and eager to learn new systems
- Construction, home service, or technical background is a strong asset
- Clean, professional presentation and attitude
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
