This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist to join a growing group of premium, private outpatient clinics in Qatar with an existing team of over 50 medical professionals. The clinics are differentiated by the quality of their facilities, the quality of their team and their ethical patient-oriented focus. The management team is British and the clinics offer an excellent working environment.
The clinics are well-established as the leading premium, private provider of mental health services in the country. The applicant will work alongside an existing Consultant Psychiatrist from the UK and a team of 10 Clinical and Counselling Psychologists.

Job Description
· 50 minutes for each session, with 10 minutes for notes
· International patient base from all over the world
· Private practice, managing a busy and varied case load which may include:
o Adapting to a new country, culture, workplace
o Anxiety, stress, depression
o Bereavement, crisis, trauma
o Relationship issues, couples
o Eating disorders, self-harm
· Open to different approaches including
o Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists
o Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, CBT, EMDR
· Limited administrative burden, patient-focused role
Required Skills
· Post-graduate qualification from a leading institution
· Accreditation with an appropriate regulatory body
· Minimum three years’ experience as an autonomous practitioner
· Experience of a variety of issues, and an adaptable approach
· Cultural sensitivity, with clients from all over the world
· Empathetic practitioner, strong team ethic and passionate therapist
· Willingness to relocate to Qatar
· Fluent English is a must, other languages would be beneficial but are not required

Compétences requises
- Diplôme de troisième cycle délivré par une institution reconnue
- Accréditation auprès d’un organisme réglementaire approprié
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience en pratique autonome
- Expérience dans la prise en charge de problématiques variées et approche adaptable
- Sensibilité culturelle avec une patientèle internationale
- Approche empathique, esprit d’équipe et forte motivation professionnelle
- Volonté de s’installer au Qatar
- Anglais courant indispensable, d’autres langues étant un atout mais non obligatoires
