We're looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead all aspects of the club's operations. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, driving business performance, and making a real impact in the community.

Your Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of department managers and staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Business Performance
- Oversee the club's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Drive membership sales, retention, and personal training revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve business goals.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly performance reports.
Member Experience
- Ensure every member receives outstanding service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build strong relationships with members and the local community.
Operations
- Oversee daily club operations.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who leads from the front and takes pride in building successful teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience managing teams and achieving business goals
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets or business performance
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, ownership mentality
Fitness industry experience is an asset but is not required. We welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, recreation, automotive, and other customer-focused industries.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
