Qualifications
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using restoration equipment and techniques for water, fire, and mold damage.
· Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
· Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges during restoration projects.
· Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
· Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in the restoration industry, with a background in roles such as junior technician.
Job Responsibilities
· Job site management: Oversee and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
· Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Damage Assessment: Conduct initial assessments of damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.
· Mitigation and Restoration: Perform and oversee mitigation tasks such as water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.
· Equipment Handling: Set up, operate, and maintain restoration equipment, ensuring it is used safely and effectively.
· Required Communication: Communicate with clients/customers/PMs/PMA to explain the restoration process, address concerns, and provide updates.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, including photographs, reports, and logs of equipment usage.

- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with Encircle and PSA would be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to maintain digital records
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and make strategic decisions; ability to be
creative, flexible, resourceful and adaptable to new situations and assignments
- Proven ability to coach and mentor performance
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently within a team environment or
independently
- Strong drive to see projects through to completion
- Interact with executive management and boards in partnership with market
leadership
· Works closely with members of the leadership team to improve efficiencies, best practices
