We’re Hiring an Endodontist at Chemong Family Dental

Chemong Family Dental in Peterborough is looking for an Endodontist to join our team for approximately 1–2 days per month. This is a great opportunity for a specialist looking to complement an existing schedule while working alongside an established, collaborative dental team. And if you don’t live in the Peterborough area, we’re open to supporting travel costs to help make the opportunity work.

Our team offers a broad range of dental services and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our patients while providing clinicians with the support they need to focus on great dentistry.
The Opportunity
As our Endodontist, you’ll work collaboratively with our general dentists and clinical team to provide specialized endodontic care to our patients.
Your work may include:
- Endodontic consultations, assessments and diagnosis
- Root canal therapy and complex endodontic treatment
- Endodontic retreatments where appropriate
- Treatment planning and patient education
- Providing recommendations and follow-up care to referring dentists
- Collaborating with our clinical team to create a seamless patient experience

You don’t need to live in Peterborough. For the right candidate, we are open to supporting reasonable travel costs associated with coming to the clinic.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered or eligible to be registered as a Specialist in Endodontics in Ontario
- Licensed and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Experienced Endodontists and recent specialty graduates are both welcome
- Strong clinical, communication and patient-care skills
- A collaborative approach and desire to build strong relationships with our dentists and team
