We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces by sandblasting or using other abrasive techniques. This position is key to ensuring high-quality finishes for our coatings and painting operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform sandblasting and surface preparation on various materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)
- Operate and maintain blasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper preparation before coating
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with coating or painting operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a sandblaster or in industrial painting/coating preferred
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting equipment and safety standards
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, wearing PPE)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.59-$35.40 per hour
