JOB SUMMARY
Prize Property Management is a growing landscaping company based in Owen Sound, focused on high-quality work, strong team culture, and long-term client relationships.
We are currently looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with real landscape maintenance experience who can step into an already strong crew environment, work efficiently, and contribute positively to a team that takes pride in doing high-quality work.
We are not looking for someone who needs basic training — we are looking for someone dependable, capable, and ready to contribute.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, reliability, and overall fit.
DUTIES
- Perform landscape maintenance including garden bed care, pruning, edging, mulch, seasonal cleanups, and general property upkeep
- Work efficiently within a team to complete jobs properly and on schedule
- Support crew leaders and help maintain smooth daily workflow
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a high standard of work quality on client properties
- Communicate respectfully with team members and clients when needed
- Assist with seasonal projects including planting, light stonework, and property enhancements when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of demanding outdoor work
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Ability to take direction while also working independently
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality work
- Comfortable using landscaping tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Strong assets include:
- Truck and trailer experience
- Garden bed maintenance knowledge
- Plant knowledge
- Specialty landscaping experience
