PatchBoyz is looking for a motivated, self-sufficient individual with impeccable mudding skills and good boarding skills. Seeing as you will also be required to sand and paint, you need these skills too.
We have basements, we have garages and we have homes with lots of holes that require an expert such as yourself.
Work with a company that respects your time and independence. PatchBoyz sets you up on our app where you can see all your jobs for the week in advance, complete with addresses, pictures and checklists. We will teach you our processes and then set you loose without micromanagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years mudding
- Basic framing knowledge
- Valid drivers license
- Clean drivers abstract
- Smartphone with data
- Laid back and social attitude with clients. Can you smile?
- Acceptable record (criminal and background will be performed)
We are looking for genuinely good guys that want to dazzle a client. Guys with a good attitude that are not here just for a good wage but because they enjoy what they do. Guys that can be part of our team and can go for a beer every now and then. We’re not looking for egotistical, high-maintenance, high-pay seeking bears. That’s easy to find. The term guy is used loosely. If you’re a woman with said characteristics, we welcome you with open arms also.
