Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, your role will include:
- Owning the proposal process from opportunity launch through submission. Coordinating schedules, assignments, reviews, approvals, and final delivery to keep teams focused and moving forward.
- Analyzing RFP’s, RFQ’s, and other solicitation documents; translating complex requirements into clear compliance matrices, action plans, outlines and production schedules.
- Planning and facilitating kick-off, strategy, status, and review meetings that create alignment, accountability, and momentum across multi-disciplinary pursuit teams.
- Writing and tailoring high-impact proposal content including team biographies, project experience, and non-technical narratives, while transforming technical input into concise, client-focused stories.
- Coordinating contributors, monitoring progress, following up on commitments and proactively red flagging risks or roadblocks that could affect quality or deadlines.
- Reviewing draft and final submissions for compliance, responsiveness, accuracy, consistency, tone and visual quality, helping every proposal reflect JLR’s standards of excellence.
- Exploring approved digital and AI-enabled tools that improve research, content development, coordination and quality while preserving sound judgement and attention to detail.
- Contributing to debriefs and lessons learned, turning insights from each pursuit into stronger processes and more competitive future submissions.
