Marketing Coordinator, Rewards

Job Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator, Rewards is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that support the growth, engagement, and utilization of the CAA Rewards program and partner network. They support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, direct, mobile, web, social, email, and traditional channels, ensuring projects are executed accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with organizational objectives and brand standards.
Working closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales, and external partners, the Coordinator develops and distributes marketing communications, maintains digital content and campaign assets, coordinates partner marketing activities, supports marketing operations, and assists with campaign reporting and analysis.
The Coordinator monitors campaign performance, maintains marketing reports and dashboards, conducts market and competitive research, and provides insights that support ongoing optimization of marketing programs. They also perform audience segmentation, database marketing activities, website updates, email deployment, and mobile app communications to help drive Member engagement and partner performance.
Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote the CAA Rewards program, partner offers, and Member benefits.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Sales, and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer trends, preferences, and opportunities that support campaign development and audience targeting.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, Member engagement, and program awareness.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, direct marketing, mobile, web, social media, email, and traditional channels.
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and targeted member communications using customer engagement platforms.
- Build and distribute in-app communications through the CAA Mobile App and other digital channels.
- Support the creation of campaign messaging, creative assets, and promotional materials that align with brand standards and target audience needs.
- Coordinate partner marketing campaigns and promotional activities with external Rewards partners.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives including social media advertising, search marketing, display advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Perform campaign quality assurance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a positive Member experience.
Rewards Program & Partner Marketing Support
- Maintain a strong understanding of the CAA Rewards program, partner offers, Member benefits, and loyalty marketing initiatives.
- Support the promotion and positioning of Rewards offers, partner promotions, and program benefits through coordinated marketing activities.
- Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect current program offerings, promotions, and partner requirements.
- Respond to internal inquiries related to Rewards marketing initiatives, partner promotions, and campaign activities.
- Coordinate partner marketing deliverables, approvals, and campaign execution requirements to support promotional initiatives and Member engagement.
- Assist in resolving Member inquiries related to Rewards marketing campaigns and promotions.
Digital Content & Marketing Operations
- Maintain and update Rewards-related website content, campaign landing pages, and digital assets.
- Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral for digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Support database marketing activities, including audience segmentation, list management, tagging, suppression requests, and data transfers.
- Assist with marketing automation processes and campaign deployment activities.
- Maintain campaign documentation, marketing assets, project trackers, and departmental records.
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with evaluating marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Track key campaign metrics and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Analyze campaign results and identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of campaign outcomes for the marketing team.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and performance analysis.

Education & Experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, loyalty/rewards, or a related discipline.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and customer communications.
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, agencies, or within a loyalty, membership, retail, travel, or partner marketing environment is considered an asset.

- Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, customer data platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools is considered an asset.

Compensation
- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
