Position Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Role Summary & Reporting:
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is vital for the seamless operation of our company. As a key point of contact, you will represent the company and work closely with the sales team and other departments. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations while maintaining a client-focused orientation. You will play a crucial part in upholding our customer experience standards, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional service and meet our operational goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A personable and goal-driven professional with at least one year of direct experience in Customer Service and Administration within a demanding, high-volume, and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing tight timelines and meeting deadlines, all while maintaining high standards of performance.

- Fluency in English

Hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday
