The Role:
We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and experienced Store Supervisor to help lead our CF Rideau team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our store’s daily operations, team development, and sales performance. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, looks visually inspiring, and delivers a VIP-level shopping experience for every customer.
What You Will Do:
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve and exceed store sales targets. Provide hands-on coaching regarding K-Beauty product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Store Operations & Merchandising: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and opening/closing procedures. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a pristine shopping environment.
- Customer Experience: Lead by example on the sales floor. Handle escalated customer inquiries or concerns gracefully and build strong relationships with our local client base.
- Administrative Support: Assist the store manager with staff scheduling, inventory audits, and tracking daily sales KPIs.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience (Strict Requirement): You must have a minimum of 2 years of general retail experience PLUS 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Given our diverse downtown customer base, proficiency in French, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Arabic is highly preferred and considered a major asset.
- Industry Passion: A strong understanding of Asian cosmetics, skincare ingredients, and current K-Beauty/J-Beauty trends.
- Operational Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Ability: Ability to work hands-on on the sales floor, handle stockroom duties, and safely lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work mall hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
