Job Title: Marketing Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will involve daily customer visits, providing marketing support, and assisting in sales efforts. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while actively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Conduct daily visits to customers, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating leads.
Product Promotion: Demonstrate and promote products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Market Research: Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and the company to relay feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on customer visits, marketing activities, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (experience in a similar industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
Mandarin as an asset

Compensation:

Competitive base salary: $4000/month.
Car allowance: $500/month
Performance-based incentives: 0.1% commission of total team sales in B.C.
