Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling and transactions
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and merchandising displays
- Manage inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
- Handle cashier duties including processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Use communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Demonstrate time management skills to ensure smooth store operations during shifts
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are preferred to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform cashiering duties accurately
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
