Warehouse & Fabrication Operations Lead
About Us:
Bretoba Contracting is a foundation-to-finish construction company delivering high-quality work across residential and light commercial projects. As we continue to grow into project management and development, our operations are expanding.
We operate in a remote environment where planning, coordination and accountability matter. Our central facility plays a critical role in keeping projects moving — handling materials, prefabrication, and logistics for every job.
At our core, we’re a hands-on, problem-solving team. We value people who take ownership, support those around them, and find ways to get things done — no matter the challenge.
Position Overview:
Bretoba Contracting is seeking a Warehouse & Fabrication Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our central facility.
This role oversees our warehouse, prefab shop, welding team, mechanics bay, and yard operations, acting as the operational hub that supports all active construction projects.
You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, while also leading a small team across multiple functions and ensuring the facility runs efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role —you will be on the floor, solving problems in real time, supporting junior team members, and building systems as we grow.

- Provide hands-on guidance, problem-solving, and mentorship.
- Set clear expectations and ensure accountability across all areas.
- Act as the central link between Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and internal teams to keep work aligned and materials moving efficiently.

- Contribute to building and improving practical systems for inventory tracking, material flow, and yard organization.
