Arctic Energy Solutions is hiring an Insulation Technician to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
This role is best suited for individuals with construction or insulation experience who are comfortable working in attics, confined spaces, and at heights, and who are ready to play a key role in spray foam (SPF) insulation projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support spray foam (SPF) insulation installations under the direction of certified installers
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles
- Prepare job sites, including setting up protective barriers and materials
- Clean and restore job sites upon completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Install blown-in, batt, and spray foam insulation
- Operate insulation blowing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Perform attic work, including installing hatches and ventilation
- Use power tools for carpentry-related tasks
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
Minimum Requirements (Must Meet All)
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour daily
- Comfortable working in hot attic spaces, tight/confined areas, and at heights
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work full-time, consistent hours
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in insulation, construction, or general labour
- Experience supporting or working with spray foam insulation (SPF)
- Experience using power tools
- Carpentry or drywall experience
