About the position:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse.

What you’ll do:
- Manage purchase orders (PO) to include receiving, put away, scanning, and uploading bulk products
- Assist with inventory adjustments
- Utilize customer platforms for order entry and shipment
- Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork
- Laboratory testing and management of equipment
- Tote and Iso Container tracking, labelling, birthing/rebirthing, and retirement/unretired
- Process order receipts and completion
- Credit memos
- Daily bulk cycle count reconciliation
- Scan and upload department documents into management system. Catalog and file appropriately
- Prepare and maintain speadsheets, correspondence, report, and presentations utilizing business software applications and department systems
- Other Clerical/Operational tasks as deemed necessary
What we would like from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse
- Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred
