Mixer Truck Operator JOB# JCL149

JCL Investments is accepting resumes for a Mixer truck operator at our Concrete Operations in Conception Bay South.

Responsibilities:

Drives mixer truck to customer locations throughout St. John’s and surrounding areas
Operates mixer truck as required to place concrete in the desired locations
Uses and cares for tools and equipment associated with the mixer truck
Conduct pre and post trip inspections noting and explaining defects or deficiencies to supervisor
Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of truck and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and safe work practices specified by federal, provincial and company rules.
Provide consistent and reliable customer service.
Perform other plant and yard duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Education and Professional experience:

Valid Class 3 Driver's License with air brake endorsement
Clean Driver’s abstract
Valid Power Line Hazards training
Knowledge of Ready-Mix Operations
Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating a mixer truck
Good customer service skills
