Your Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and modification of residential HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems.
- Help install HRVs, ERVs, exhaust fans, and other ventilation equipment.
- Carry materials, prepare tools, and assist lead installers on job sites.
- Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and ventilation components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers when required.
- Complete work orders and job documentation accurately.
- Follow company installation procedures and safety standards.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using hand tools is an asset.
- Construction, HVAC, sheet metal, or mechanical experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment safely.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential construction environments.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
