- Handle intensity but value balance.
- Aren’t afraid of physical and mental work.
- Are active listeners who can focus on attention to details.
- Believe in team success over solo glory.
- Aware that service and servant are very different.
- Understanding that every single interaction with a guest…means something.
Real Talk: The Work
- It’s physical (movement, energy, volume)
- It’s mental (focus, personalization, unwavering hospitality)
- It can be stressful — but never unsupported.
No sugarcoating:
Seasons have highs and lows. Stress happens…
But so does growth, support, and pride in what we can create together!
Our Vibe & Values
We live these daily:
Everything we do is done with intent.
- Guest-first, not guest-numbers.
- Professionalism under pressure.
- Authenticity and reliability over pretense.
- The sharing passion and enthusiasm is infectious.
- Life is short, we better have fun.
Whether you’re in the Heart of House, Guest Facing, or Behind the Scenes:
- You’re seen. You’re heard. You’re essential. You’re valued.
- Onboarding is learning by doing, supported by mentors who’ve been there.
If “doing the bare minimum” is your goal — this opportunity isn’t for you…
If increasing your knowledge, skill and growth is important to you — please join us!
