The Role
As a Housekeeper / Cabin Cleaner, you will be the guardian of our 5-star reputation. You will ensure that every cabin is meticulously cleaned, staged, and welcoming for arriving guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-turnover cleaning of luxury cabins (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchens).
- Change linens, make beds to luxury resort standards, and manage laundry.
- Restock cabin amenities, coffee stations, toiletries, and fresh towels.
- Inspect cabins for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism around guest belongings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred (resort or high-end residential experience is a major asset), but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things—from a smudge on a window to a perfectly folded towel.
- Reliable & Efficient: You can work independently, manage your time well, and meet turnaround deadlines.
- Physically Fit: This role involves bending, lifting, stretching, and being on your feet throughout the day.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor that matches our welcoming guest culture.
