The Opportunity
Hawk’s Agro is seeking an experienced and motivated Location Manager responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and culture of the Moose Jaw retail location.
This role is focused on executing at the ground level, ensuring the location runs smoothly across sales support, inventory, logistics coordination, and customer experience. The Location Manager, Moose Jaw, plays a key role in delivering a consistent, reliable farm gate experience by supporting the team, maintaining strong local relationships, and ensuring operational standards are met.
Working closely with sales, operations, and other locations, this role ensures that local execution aligns with company expectations while responding to the unique needs of the Moose Jaw customer base.
The successful candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and takes pride in running a high-performing, well-organized location.
This is an on-site position based at our Moose Jaw location.

Key Responsibilities
Location Leadership & Team Support
- Lead day-to-day sales operations of the Moose Jaw location, ensuring a well-organized and efficient environment
- Schedule and coordinate sales staff to support seasonal workflows and customer demand
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and service excellence
- Support team onboarding, training, and day-to-day performance management
- Reinforce safety practices and support monthly safety meetings in coordination with the Director, Operations
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Oversee inventory positions at the location to ensure proper supply of products based on work orders
- Coordinate forecasting activities with Sales Representatives to ensure product availability
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or surpluses across locations
- Support inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the Director, Operations
- Coordinate local logistics, ensuring products are ready and available to meet customer timelines
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local growers and customers
- Support Sales Representatives in managing accounts and delivering a strong customer experience
- Act as a key point of contact at the location, ensuring timely and responsive service
- Support local growth initiatives and contribute to overall location performance
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers at the location level
Administrative & Operational Coordination
- Support accounts receivable processes in collaboration with Sales and Administration teams
- Ensure accurate documentation related to inventory, product movement, and transactions
- Assist with managing location expenses and identifying operational efficiencies
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, or a related field is considered an asset
- 3–7 years of experience in agricultural retail, logistics, farm service, or a related industry
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of crop inputs and agricultural retail operations
- Experience managing inventory and coordinating logistics
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license
