Business Accounting Coordinator in Moncton, New Brunswick
R&R Solution is recruiting on behalf of a valued client seeking a Business Accounting Coordinator to join a busy and professional office environment in Moncton. Our client is a highly accredited wealth management firm with a focused and skilled team of Advisors this role will support daily. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys supporting both accounting and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Communication
· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely communication
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
· Respond to inquiries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Accounting & Documentation
· Prepare and organize accounting documents, reports, and supporting files
· Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate financial information
· Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
File & Process Management
· Process and manage client files efficiently and accurately, included review of financial doucements and client files
· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, book meetings for multiple Advisors
· Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Client Intake Support
· Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering required documentation
· Ensure all intake processes are completed accurately and efficiently
· Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth client experience
Qualifications & Skills
· Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
· Highly detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
· Experience in a professional financial services office 3+ years
· Experience working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office; accounting software is an asset)
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Language Requirement > Bilingual (English & French) is preferred
