Duct Cleaning Guys is looking for an experienced Heat Pump / Mini-Split Cleaning Technician to service customers throughout Southern New Brunswick.
This position is for someone with hands-on experience professionally cleaning ductless heat pumps/mini-splits. We are looking for someone who can work independently, deal professionally with customers, and complete quality work efficiently.
Pay & Benefits

The $19.85/hour is the guaranteed wage — not the earning ceiling. Our bonus structure is designed to reward experienced technicians based on productivity and completed work.
Responsibilities
- Professional deep cleaning of ductless mini-split/heat pump indoor units
- Cleaning coils, blower wheels, drain pans, filters and accessible components
- Using proper cleaning bags, pumps and heat-pump cleaning equipment
- Protecting customers' homes, floors, walls and furniture
- Identifying obvious maintenance or service concerns and reporting them
- Maintaining company equipment and vehicle
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Communicating professionally with residential and commercial customers
Requirements
- Previous professional mini-split/heat-pump cleaning experience required
- Valid driver's licence with a good driving record
- Able to work independently
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses
- Strong customer-service skills
- Able to maintain a clean company vehicle and professional appearance
HVAC/refrigeration experience is an asset, but this position is primarily focused on professional heat-pump cleaning and maintenance.
Compensation
Starting wage is $19.85/hour plus production bonuses.
