We are looking for a reliable and organized Junior Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who takes pride in being dependable, professional, and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while providing excellent administrative support.

Office location is conveniently located off of 223 st & Lougheed Hwy.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Perform data entry and prepare reports and correspondence.
Order and manage office supplies.
Assist with general administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional punctuality and reliability.
A strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Previous administrative or office experience is an asset but not required.
